6. The prize consists of a trip to New York for the winner and a guest, including two return adult economy return flights to New York departing from a London airport, twin-share accommodation for three nights at a three star hotel, a New York City bus tour and travel insurance. The prize must be taken between 1st November and 15 December 2008 and is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of any third party service provider used to supply the prize including, without limitation, those of any airline or hotel. The prize does not include any transfers, transportation, insurance, meals, drinks, spending money, hotel incidentals (including telephone calls and/or room service) and/or any other costs incurred by the winner and their guest not mentioned above. Both the winner and their guest must be over the age of eighteen and must have valid travel documentation, including a passport valid for at least 90 days for the duration of the holiday and visas (as applicable), and shall be responsible for complying with any customs, immigration and other regulatory requirements for entering the United States.
