James Villa Holidays ONLINE Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Holiday must be booked by 31 August 2008
2. The prize comprises of one villa for 7 nights
3. Flights must be purchased for all travelling passengers
- James Villa Holidays will contribute £250 towards flight costs. If the cost of the flights comes to more than £250, the winner must pay the difference
4. Winners will have a choice of over 1000 holidays.
- All villas and flights are subject to availability
- A mix of 3 and 4 bed properties will be available
- Holidays must depart by 15 Jul 2009 inclusive.
5. The prize excludes car hire and travel insurance
6. All spending money must be provided by the competition winner
7. The competition is open to any UK or Ireland resident aged 18 and over, except for those in any way professionally linked with Magic FM or James Villa Holidays
8. The lead passenger must be over 21
9. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable
