When you sign up on some sites for freebies, I hate all the mail I get so by using this site it gives you an email address which only lasts for ten minutes. 10minutemail.com

  https://www.spamgourmet.com is good for creating disposable email address.

  My advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience.
