I paid for one of these tests several years ago and it was worth every penny. The foods I was reacting too I'd have never have realised on my own. For me it was a real turning point and I was so glad I'd decided to give it a go. Def. not cheap though!

This is most likely the £20 test which only tells you if you have an intollerance. You then have to pay £200 if you want to know what food you are intollerant to.
A few of us won one of these (£20 ones) a few week ago, I've not used mine, I don't know if everyone else did.

Anxious to get one of these for my DH. He was tested by York last year and is wheat intolerant, so wants to re-do again this year.

BTW, York are renowned for being the most accurate tests in the UK and are used by top nutritionists.
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS

Just interested if anybody 'won' one of the tests. I'd also be interested to hear from people who have had the test. I have read reports that when duplicate samples were sent to them of the same blood (by watchdog or another tv programme) that the results were different.

The Daily Mail ran an investigation about Holland & Barratt food tests, which differed greatly when duplicated. Never heard anything bad about York tests. They are renowned for their accuracy and are used/recommended by Patrick Holford and other top nutritionists.

I'd be interested to learn more about what you've heard ... have you any links?
