This is on a competition page but it does say that all entries receive a mini mascara and eyeliner:

Cosmetics company blinc are giving away five sets of blinc cosmetics.
Each set comprises of:

• 1 Mascara
• 1 Eyeliner
• 1 Lash Primer
• 1 Heated Lash Curler.

The Mascara and Eyeliner will be in colours of your choice. All entries will be sent a blinc mini mascara and eyeliner (black) and information about blinc products.

The answer is 4
