The promotion is free to enter . To enter you will need to complete the online entry form at www.fabrislane.co.uk with your name and email address. Once you have completed this process you will automatically be entered into our promotion and will receive a confirmation message of this on the website.

Any information submitted by an entrant must be personal to that entrant and relate specifically to them (ie entrants must only submit their own details and not that of a third party).

The Promoter is not responsible, and shall not be liable, for any problems related to any telephone network/lines, computer on-line systems or equipment, software failure of any email or failure of an entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet (including www.fabrislane.co.uk), telephone lines or any combination there of, including but not limited to any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

Only one entry per person. No entries will be accepted by agents, in bulk or from third parties.

Winners and Prizes
The winners of the prize draw will be selected by 14 July 2007. The winners will be the first 100 people selected randomly from all qualifying entries received. An independent observer will supervise the prize draw.

The selected winners will be notified via the email address they have submittedwithin 14 days of being selected and will be invited to accept their prize by responding with any details and within the time frame as specified in the winners notification email. Failure to claim the prize in the manner and time frame specified in the email will make any claim invalid. In such case, we will then randomly chooseanother winner from the other qualifying entries and this winner will be contacted by email as previously stated.

Each winner will be able to choose 2 PAIRS OF FABRIS LANE SUNGLASSES from the Spring/Summer 2007 collection as available via www.fabrislane.co.uk

Prizes will be sent within 30 days of the winners validly responding to the notification email (see point 10).

Entrants agree the Promoter may use the names and addresses of winners, in relation to this promotion for publicity purposes.

A list of winner’s names is available by sending a SAE marked ‘FABRIS LANE 2007 Promotion’ to the Promoter at the address above from 16 July 2007 to 16 August 2007.

The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prize is not transferable and no cash or alternative prizes are available.
