What freebies HAVEN'T you received?

I haven't recieved any Monkey Shoulder whiskey, but they've started sending me emails pimping their brand! Kerastase never sent me my shampoo, although the friend I reccomended got hers !

Emailed 3 times! and still have not received the free sample copy.

Think it may be dealt with by National Magazines, in which case I think they may have blacklisted me. Why? - Basically because I renewed my subscription to Esquire in order to get a free gift ( they don't like that ) - and I cancelled my annual subscription to Heat, when it went from £24.97 to about £70!! ( I started the sub. in the early days when it was a very different mag. and had about 20 readers ).

I was wondering whether this is just a con - I sent off the application form from the website as instructed and was promised a phone call back to make the beauty treatment appointment. Each time I call the Helpline the relevant person is 'busy' and 'will call back', but never does! Has anyone actually succeeded in getting an beauty treatment through the Allinson's flour offer?
