Its Beauty Counter Direct and I had exactly the same problem. I've now had the following response to my e-mail;

"Thank you for your e-mail dated 02 January 2006. We are sorry that you have not received your order which was sent out on 24 November 2005. We will be making investigations with royal mail regarding this.
In the meantime we have sent out a replacement by recorded delivery and you should receive this in the next few days"

Now hearing you've also had a problem I'm a little suspious as to their 'it was sent out' excuse. I suggest you e-mail them on customerservice@beautycounterdirect.co.uk

My 3 dozen mouse mats never arrived, nor did....

2 dozen smelly candles.

6 lots coloured envelopes.

Assorted keyrings.

Chocolates.

Perfume.

On and on and on it goes.

I probably only recieve 25% of all the freebies a send for but they are free so i cant moan.

hi has anyone recieved the o2 simcards?
because i didnt recieve the first lot i sent for, so i did it again and still havnt recieved any!!
