disputing a default with the cra's

hi everyone i have paid one default on my credit file (see signature) and waiting to be satisfied and before i settle the second i was wondering how to dispute with experian as in question the info on my file and hoping that the company will be too lazy to confirm a paid debt with them resulting in that default being wiped off has anyone done this also need a template letter to the cra or an example many thanks for any replies in advance!
