Does anybody have a recipe for the above?? 
Tried googling for one but no luck- boo!!!
I lurve the Cauldron spinach and cheese pate but don't want to keep buying it (only buy rarely now as a treat but would love to eat it more!!)
Any help would be so appreciated!!

Hi
I use the following for making a cheese and spinach quiche I don't know if it would be any good for pate, you may have to experiment with a blender, but I mix spinach with fried onion add a tub of ricotta cheese, some parmesan cheese plus an egg.

Hmmmm, that might just work! I think I'll try it without the egg though first.
I shall let you know how it goes, will make it next week as shopping already done for this week.

It sounds a bit similar to this, which I did a week or so ago.
Whizz together the mascarpone and half the spinach. Possibly add the lemon juice and Parmesan. Omit the wilted spinach, pine nuts and pasta.The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
