Be careful not to be pressurised into giving any bank details as there is one pushy agent called "Richard" who gets abusive if you don't go for the free 2 month trial too. :mad: If he says, 'you're speaking to Richard', you'd be best to hang up and redial to get someone who isn't an absolute eejit.
