CCJ's and Debt Collectors

FIrst time i have used this forum, but im hoping someone can help!
can a ccj for the same debt be registered twice. Ive had a ccj registered against me which i only discovered when i recently got a credit report. Im trying to get this set aside. Now i have had a letter from a Debt Collection agency saying that they are going to court to get this debt registered. ??

As far as I am aware you can only have one CCJ per debt. But hopefully one of the experts should be able to say for sure. Welcome by the way :beer:0 -
