why do they, why do they say 'youve got two years to pay', why do they come on the phone and claim to be someone there not, why do they say they will send in locksmiths for bailiffs to enter your home / what they are doing is illegal, why is this government getting away with it ?

Well on the one hand the Government want more children to be born because there are too many old peolpe, yet on the other hand they want to cripple people in the process.

I recon the CSA is the best form of contraception.
