'Savoury pancakes' to stuff

Hello!
I want to make stuffed pancakes, as I have spinach and ricotta in the fridge and thought they'd be nice baked with a bechemal and tomato sauce. Nigella has a recipe, but she's used (of course!) PRE-MADE savoury pancakes.
I was intending on making up a batch of normal pancakes tonight and using them for tomorrows bake. But are normal pancakes the same thing as the pre-made savoury ones the recipe calls for? Or should I change the consistency slightly?
Thank you in advance x

yes you use normal pancake mix I find it nicer if they are a little thinner so I use a little more liquid. Cook then stuff with wht you want and a nice tomato sauce on top.
The Italians call this dish "Crespelle" in fact if you google that you might find a proper recipe.0
