    Thanks. Probably because I've been contemplating it for so long but just waiting for the right time. I got 2 sets of court papers from creditors so I couldn't put it off any longer. I would probably have had an early discharge by now it I did it when I first planned but hey I start my debt free life now!:beer:

    One other thing I forgot is that it cost me £497 and I was only expecting £485 - glad I had enough money for it.

    I'm glad your all done now and can get on with life.

    I think the extra cost for you was the swearing of oath or something like that. I believe the RCJ are the only ones that chage for it and its £7.
