Hope someone can help, about 8 months ago in the Sainsburys magazine there was a recipe in there that included the ingredients of sausagemeat (well it was sausages broken into pieces), mozzerella cheese, taglitelli and I think a tomato type sauce, it took about 20 mins to cook and was absolutely delicious, I tore the recipe out to keep and have not seen it since ! Has anyone seen this, I'd be very grateful

Sausage and tomato tagliatelle
Serve with a chunk of parmesan so that everyone can add a sprinkling to their own bowls. A crisp green salad wouldn't go amiss as an accompaniment.
Ingredients
1x tablespoon olive oil
1x medium red onion, peeled and cut into 10 wedges
1x 400g pack Taste the Difference chilli and coriander or other pork sausage
295g (10.5oz)dried taliatelle or pappardelle pasta
1x 335g jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
1x 125g pack mozzarella, drained and cut into chunks
half25g pack fresh basil, leaves only, roughly torn
Method- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion wedges in it for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze the sausages out of their skins into the frying pan, then break up the meat with a wooden spoon and continue to fry, over a low heat, with the onions, until golden brown - about 5 minutes
- At the same time, cook the pasta in the boiling water according to the pack instructions, then drain, reserving a tablespoon of the cooking water.
- Stir the tomato sauce into the frying pan with the reserved pasta water and warm through, then toss with the pasta, mozzarella and some seasoning.
- Sprinkle with the basil and serve.
