Folding circular 'flop seat'

I was in Settle (N Yorks) Monday and noticed a large circular folding seat on sale at the local pet-food shop. IIRC the price was £34 which seem to be the going rate on-line too, apart from one southern shop circa £20, but asterisked as 'local delivery only'.

It seems to be available in a choice from 3 colours from some places. Any local to you for less?
