day 12.....
Mama Mia was so funny! I really enjoyed it. My friend paid for the tickets and drove us there and I paid for the mcdonalds (and the babysitter).
Babysitter: 10.00
McDonalds: 12.24
Not included in the 4k challenge as comes out of the budget for holidays and days out:)
I also gave ds2 his pocket money and have updated totals.
Am going to try for a NSD today, I may pop up to tesco later to load some money on my cc+ at customer services, or I may wait until monday, this will be for the petrol I want to buy later in the week as I have a 5p off voucher, I will be filling the tank up and it should last all month:)
Not much else planned for today, housework mainly. yuk. And waiting to see if the postie brings me anything nice.....funny isnt it that once you gain control over the money and start being pro active about paying the debt and making money that you no longer dread the plop of the mail on the mat, in fact you welcome the arrival of the postman with glee and greet him (usually with a grin) like an old friend.......November NSD's - 70 -
Ah yes the dreaded housework word.

Day 13. We are almost halfway through july already! The end of the month will be expensive for me as thats when most of my direct debits come out.
Yesterday was a good day. Took the kids up to comet and bought some batteries for the wii. 4 AA on BOGOF for 3.99. I like to get reusables but they didnt have the ones I wanted....also popped to tesco and put £40 on my CC+:) My 5p off a litre voucher runs out on wednesday so I need to fill up with petrol before then!
There was a street party in our road yesterday, held by our housing association, it went really well and everyone was out of their houses, loads for the kids to do, music, free food and drink too:T:beer:
So, total spend for yesterday 3.99:T:D:j
Have got some tesco clothing vouchers so will be using those towards school uniform. Will probably have to go to the bigger tescos which is about 15 mins away, instead of my usual one which is 5 mins away. but they will have the better choice!:D Must start making a list of everything I will need!
Will be having a NSD today. Have not got anything planned, DS1&2 will be going to their dads so will just be a lazy day with two younger ones:) Weather looks quite promising atm:cool:
Still have an online shop to do before the end of the month but am hanging out for a 1000 point code.....:D Where have they all gone
Hmm another cup of tea I think and then update sig.........:DNovember NSD's - 70 -

Hi beanielou:) Will PM you if i find one:) And i am always up early, anywhere between 5 and 6 usually, i like my quiet time before the kids wake up:D
Have spent a busy sunday on the laptop and planning for next week!
Am currently bidding on some Tescos clothing vouchers on ebay so hopefully if I get them that will make the school uniform shopping much cheaper, not to mention all the winter clothes I need to buy for the kids as they have all grown loads since last autumn and hardly anything winter season fits them, I can see me having to spend a small fortune kitting them out this year, those vouchers will def come in handy!!
Im thinking of doing a car boot next month as I have no children on the 16th august until after lunch on the 17th. Am planning one for the sunday morning:D All proceeds will go towards above clothing costs!! I have plenty of stuff to get rid of:) I will start having a dig through this week!November NSD's - 70 -
day 14:)
yesterday was a NSD (number 6 this month) yay!!!:D
Today will be a spend day. I have to go put petrol in the car but i do have the 5p a litre off voucher. I tend to only fill up once a month now, as i only have a little fiesta which is really cheap to run and i dont do that many miles.
I will be putting some money on CC+ today and need to pick up some milk and crisps too.
This mornings job will be to start writing a list of all those clothes the kids will need this autumn including school uniform. I won the clothing vouchers on ebay for £6.40 and they are worth £26:) so a good saving there!
Im still following my meal planner for the month, but I seem to have loads of food still, I may have overestimated what we need slightly lol oh well, plenty left over for next month:D
Clubcard points are growing nicely:) will be cut off date on 27th so I am hoping my green points for cartridges will have been added on before then.
Still waiting for cheque from closed bank accounts, im willing it to come this morning as I have plans for it!!November NSD's - 70 -
