been following the thread and want to add my very best wishes to Sammi in her new job. I lost my job through unfair dismissal some years ago, it came to light much later that the company didn't follow correct procedure and I was too naive to ask help from a union at the time, and this was a local council! I needn't have lost my job, or at the very least could have received some compensation,
