I am very surprised by the very short time between issue in shops and postal entry close.

Yesterday I bought the issue on Tesco shelves and it was 1038. Got home and noticed it closes today! Not an issue for online entry BUT 2 of the competitions are postal only. Is this usual?

They used to allow two weeks for both postal and online entries, but reduced that entry period just after Christmas. They also reduced the number of comps, and at the same time increased the number of postal entry only ones.

EDIT: Upon checking, I've found that the reduction in entry period was actually almost two months ago.
