10/25 for me today please.
There's plenty of room on this wagon. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?4 -
@LzzyIsGod I agree with @jivjules1, "just a blip then carry on" is a really helpful way of seeing it. I don't think it's uncommon to fall off the wagon when you start trying to cut down - I certainly did, a few times. Just pick up where you left off xxLzzyIsGod said:Am I allowed to say Oh Dear ive fallen off rhe wagon??????6 -

10/25 for today please Cathybird.
Have a great day everyone!4 -
@LzzyIsGod when I first came on here I found it so difficult but I kept telling myself that every AFD was one I wouldn't have had otherwise. Sometimes it's harder than others but try not to focus on the days you do drink but keep congratulating yourself for every little win. Keeping posting on here, or at least reading along, really helps too. Good luck.
8/24 today please Cathybird6 -
Hi everyone,
Remaining on 10/21 for me me today as had 2 small beers when out for lunch, thoroughly enjoyed them, but have gone to my head a bit.....cheap date or what!
Edited to add....sorry oceandreamer, missed your post......totally agree, every AFD is a bonus. And I certainly wouldn't be at 10 if it wasn't for this challenge and all you amazing supportive peeps.6 -
