    The More card scheme is a lot more complicated and error prone than the MSE article would have us believe. I had to spend 3 or 4 hours in store, on the phone and on the web in order to get my first voucher.

    Not been my experience, when I did more in shop shopping the card was set so that voucher was automatically printed at the till when threshold was met.

    If you tend to do online shopping more,it only takes a few seconds to swap points to fivers, which will then come off your next shop.

    My second card arrived with the automatic payout options disabled and it took some time on the internet to discover that there was an option which needed to be enabled.
    Maybe a significant portion of the unused loyalty points belong to people who have simply been unable to find a way to use the points
