I'm very clearly not welcome here and I think the contributors responsible for making a newbie or (anybody else) feel the way their comments made me feel should feel a bit ashamed of themselves. 
This isn't a forum that  I want to be associated with because whatever topic a forum covers, kindness, inclusion and respect should be paramount. 
I was judged, accused of saying things I didn't say, assumptions were made about me that had no basis whatsoever, it was like a mini character assassination  practically every time I opened my mouth, the arrogant, superior and dismissive manner used in the responses from some of you along with blatant rudeness verged on  bullying. 
I'm sure the two or three people I'm referring to won't bat an eyelid and as no one else stepped in to offer a bit of support to a newbie I'm guessing that this sort of behaviour is normal and acceptable on this particular forum so I'm more than happy to leave you all to it but in future perhaps you should forewarn newcomers that they will only be made welcome if their face fits. A 'TOXIC ENVIRONMENT' banner would also be fitting.

I think it is beneficial on the internet to read what is written, take what is useful and discard the rest.

If you have financial (or other!)  questions, then the forum is a great resource.

I personally think youve taken things the wrong way,  this forum does get a lot of repeat questions from the same person and hyperthetical questions.  

The majority of people on here are trying to help, however this can be restricted by the limits set by the OP. You will get an honest answer to the situation posted.  

In your case youve claimed that the lack of awareness and the process of TP on UC was unfair.  However you are in a unique situation and so you may feel it was unfair,  others may look at it differently.  If you get upset because people say its not unfair the sure this isn’t the place for you.  I constantly disagree with people on here, because they dont fully understand the situation they are in. I totally get that the way I reply can be seen in multiple ways. 

I would also say the way youve gone about this is also possibly toxic,  calling out others as rude and bullies does nothing but adds fuel to the fire.  Read between the lines and look at what they are trying to say.
