Removal of some car Brands in the Motability scheme

I just came across this article on the BBC. The Government has been leaning on Motability to push British car manufacturing, as a result BMW, Audi, Lexus, Alfa Romeo and Mercedes, have all been removed from Motability scheme with immediate effect.
