This bird guard was installed yesterday. Does it look a little crooked or am I being picky?

I'm tempted to say the bird guard is fine, but the chimney stack needs straightening! However, I suspect that's the camera angle.
They don't seem to be in line with each other.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

If you can live with it, it's probably wiser to leave it slight crooked than have someone walking on your tiles again to straighten it.0
