Tonluna payout timescale

Does anyone have recent experience to comment on how long Toluna take to pay out to PayPal after a request has been submitted?

The Toluna website tells me my request is in process but there is nothing to say how long they take - either that it is at a particular date in the following month or within a specified number of weeks.

(I posted my question on the Survey sub-board yesterday but that board has little traffic.)

I don't know - I ordered an Argos voucher from them a couple of days ago but haven't got it yet - the points came out of my account but the order's not showing up in my account history.
Edit - it is in my rewards history - I was just looking at the wrong section.

We'll see who receives their reward first - I'm probably about a week ahead of you in claiming.

I shall be cutting back on my survey completion now as it is concerning that they don't provide a means of contacting them and I notice that "recent" activity in the community section is from 2022 and indicates slow redemption!

I've found a way - the chat bot isn't working but one can "raise a ticket" and I've received a response.
Takes somewhere between 3 and 6 weeks for PayPal to receive the payment - and, of course, PP automatically sends an email to confirm the funds are there.

I can confirm that the £35 has arrived in my PP account.  So it was actually much less than a month and so not really concerning for the future.

More than a week on and still no Argos voucher but the Toluna website says rewards can take up to three weeks to arrive (so I might not get it in time to enter the Argos competition which runs until 12 Nov) - however I did just get one from Consumer Pulse and that only took a couple of days.

The Argos competition closes today and still no sign of the voucher - although there is another competition running at the moment and I might try to enter that.

The voucher is STILL 'processing' - only about 10 days to go before I contact them to find out what happened to it.

I DID contact Toluna - the reply I got was a standard one saying it takes about three weeks to receive my reward.

If it now follows how my PayPal payment was processed after I contacted them and received what looked like a boiler plate reply, you may well find the Argos voucher turns up in the next couple of days.

Now more than a month and still no voucher - I looked at my Toluna voucher order history and most of them were processed within about three days, as they say, so I don't know what the hold-up is - I only hope that they haven't suspended my account like a lot of survey sites have in the past - all because I keep complaining that they make surveys too long, don't let me leave questions blank and get the same surveys over and over again.
