Hi All,
What are the latest predictions on what the chancellor will do in the autumn budget?
I am thinking of taking my 25% of my four current pensions sooner rather than later.
I am working hence still paying in to one of the four.

Suggest you pull all of your money out of all of your pensions - just in case.
But then again I don't know Jack about what's going to be in the budget, why would you want me telling you what to do?

If you have the TV or radio on at lunchtime on 26 November you will no doubt get the answer you are after.4 -

Stop looking at the news.
Seriously, stop watching TV news, stop looking at the news feed on your devices. It is doing you no good at all.
Whatever is decided in the forthcoming budget, it will happen regardless. Very unlikely anyone will gain by taking a speculative gamble with their retirement savings based on hearsay. If there are adverse changes we may have to pay a little more in tax. Boo hoo.A little FIRE lights the cigar2 -

Did you "Eat out to help out" ?
Where you furloughed for any period of time during the pandemic?
Did you take the vacines when offered? (did you personally pay for them?)
Are you self employed or take any of the grants/loans that were on offer? - have you paid them back?
