Ok omission - kind of a big thing to not tell us. It has got me thinking that the TA6 isn't fit for purpose for things to be disclosed like this
So, if you decide to sell up, will you be honest enough to declare on the TA6 about the cannibis farm?
Will you instruct your estate agent to tell, and of course, if you had folks viewing you would use ' hey, this used to be a cannibis farm', as a selling point.

Well as the advice on here has been that they didn't need to tell us then no

Write down the questions you have before the surveyor comes so you don’t forget to ask something that worries you.

But you expect them to have told you.

Have you now accepted that they did not lie and did not need to offer the information

Just keep any viewers away from your neighbour.

Ah, so you accept that now?
So, what about these statements in your opening post, how are you proceeding?
''I contacted the local police yesterday but was told they can't give me any info due to GDPR. I've submitted a freedom of information request but it'll likely not succeed.''
    and,
''I need evidence of the crime and that this house was a cannabis factory in order to take legal action against the seller and agent. I wouldn't have purchased this house if I had known.''

You can’t really criticise the previous owner for doing exactly the same as you will do if/when you sell!

When you can get your fingers in them start worrying. Those look very minor probably just seasonal movement.
The usual parameter used is if you can get a pound coin in the crack, then time to investigate.
With the cracks in these pictures, you would be lucky to even get a piece of thin paper in them.
So as everybody says, absolutely nothing to  worry about.
