    Once you have your loan agreed you/your conveyancer can request expedition - Request an expedite - GOV.UK 
    If you need 'proof' re your ownership to start the loan process then speak to your conveyancer and ask them for a copy of the purchase deed (Transfer) and submission receipt (confirmation of lodgement with HMLR)

    Has your surveyor been back out yet - if yes, what did they say, if no, you need to wait for them to come out. Otherwise it’s just speculation.

    I've just seen this! Oh my gosh, the concrete slabs at the side of the side of the house have broken off. Looking back at the surveyors report he saw this (his photo shows this) but surely this is conclusive for subsidence?

    It's conclusive that the path and the house have moved in differing ways, but why would you assume it's the house that's the problem and not the path (which I presume has nothing much in the way of foundations)?
