What's going on with universal credit appointments feeling anxious all the time

I'm getting really anxious about having a appointment in the job centre because of my health conditions, I was having phone appointments but was told I might have to go in even if its once a month, to be fair the person has been nice about it on the phone, I felt sick to the stomach when I saw my next one was in the job centre, on the day of it I had a message saying it was cancelled the previous phone appointment was also cancelled and then another appointment was made for a appointment in the job centre on a Saturday, on the Friday I had a message saying my Saturday appointment is cancelled, and now I see it's been booked again for next Saturday in the job centre. So far I have had three appointments cancelled.

I'm getting so anxious. leading up to it each time and then it gets cancelled, it's not the appointment that's making me anxious it's my health conditions going into the job centre and talking face to face.

With all the cancelled appointments it's actually been a month since I had a appointment and that was a phone appointment, I thought it might be the work coach helping me out the first appointment that was cancelled was by my work coach but the rest were cancelled by different people. I didn't even know they did appointments in the job centre on Saturdays. I have had phone appointments on a Saturday but that's been just after Christmas.
