1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

The prize draw is open to GB Residents (England, Scotland & Wales) aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Asda Stores Limited (the “Data Controller” and the “Promoter”), any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
3. To enter complete the online entry form. Entries or claims not received, incomplete, Illegible or delayed will not be accepted.
4. Purchase necessary. Please retain receipt.
5. The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 on the 19 Jun 2025 and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 16 Jul 2025.
6. Maximum one entry per person per prize draw. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Prize: One winner will win a £5,000 TUI travel digital gift card that can be used as full or part payment for travel products at all TUI Stores (excluding the Republic of Ireland). For website transactions, your gift card must have sufficient funds to cover the initial payment due when booking your holiday. The card can’t be used as payment for travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. 8. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on the 17 Jul 2025. 10. The prize winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Any use of the winner’s name, photograph, or other personal data for promotional purposes will be subject to the winner’s express written consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
11. Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible, nor for any associated costs.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third parties’ enjoyment of the prizes.
13. Prizes are awarded at the Promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
14. The Promoter may be required to provide evidence that a valid prize award has taken place. As a result, a winner’s name and the county in which they live will be provided in response to a request from a third party. The winner’s surname and county may be made available upon request. Entrants can object to this disclosure at the time of entry by ticking the relevant box on the entry form. The opting out option will have clear language that explains what opting out means (i.e “I do not consent to my name and county being share in winner announcements”). If an objection is raised, this information will be withheld unless legally required to disclose it.Winners’ surnames and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Clearsilver Brand Marketing Limited, Competition Prize Draw, Ground Floor, Compass House, 76 East Street, Leeds LS9 8EE no later than 28 days after the closing date. Clearsilver is running the competition on behalf of the Promoter and is a data processor.

Any implication or suggestion that the product is produced in or endorsed by Dubai is incorrect and not supported by the Promoter or manufacturer.

By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including contacting a winner and for prize fulfilment. Personal data will only be shared with third parties where it is necessary for these purposes. 18. Personal data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to administer the prize draw and to comply with a request for a winner’s name and county of residence under clause 16 of these terms and conditions.
