Looks like there are a few problems with the form, hopefully they will rectify it soon.

does any1 understand why we cant fill the form in in a logical order ?  takes ages to do as you cant click where you want

Hi, thanks for pointing it out.
Looks like there are a few problems with the form, hopefully they will rectify it soon.

The answers still fit #towser44, just need to switch them around for the standalone answer and the cash one. As long as the titles correspond I guess.
