Forgot to include recommended exhibits (DCBL)

I left my witness statement to the last minute (I know, please don't rub salt into my wounds) and just sent it off via email to both Clerkenwell & Shoreditch court and copied in DCBL. I forgot to include the rest of the exhibits and only included pictures I took, the Beavis v parkingeye sign and evidence of my neurodivergence and disability (SPLD diagnosis of adhd, dyslexia and dyspraxia). Panicking now that this will lose me the case. Any advice (or reassurance) is welcome. I overstayed a UKPC car park by many hours on multiple occasions and my defence is that the signage is poor and does not accomodate especially for people like me who already find info processing difficult. Is there any hope or am I probably going to have to fork out £600+?

Personally I would send them on straight away but with the copy you send to Court add a message explaining that you have sent copies to the other side at the same time and describing how your disabilities affect you. Also ask if the Judge would make a concession to allow the additional information. Most are reasonable and you may be ok up to 14 days before the hearing. Please do this ASAP though as most judges are pretty reasonable and would take your conditions into account. The Court staff can be very helpful though so talk to them and ask for advice.

If you leave it until the day of the hearing then the other side are likely to object, which puts the judge in a difficult position, however the fact you say you have overstayed on multiple occasions worries me a bit unless you can get a medical professional to back up your comments that it is difficult for you to absorb the information.  Had it been a one off you may have been ok but there needs to be reason to excuse the "multiple" cases.

In the event you lose the case you can pay an affordable amount monthly but you will end up with a CCJ that will affect furture mortgage/loan applications but if payment in full is made within one month ( please check dates with Court) of the hearing you should not end up with a CCJ recorded against you.
