I have a complaint in against Revolut. I was a victim of a crypto scam and lost roughly £35,000 within less than a year. When I’m trying to gather evidence to give to the ombudsman, all my emails are coincently deleted, my statements which I need are not the amount they was originally, I honestly cannot believe it. They obviously have access to my phone, I’m using the thread to post as much evidence as I can, cause things on my phone keeps changing I honestly cannot believe it

Check the number of transactions, one I sent ombudsman says 157, when I go on app now says 153

It's far from obvious that 'they have access to your phone' but in terms of evidence it's always prudent to retrieve and secure standalone copies of statements (e.g. in PDF form) immediately after generation rather than relying on a bank's version, which does remain within their control if you're just accessing it via their portal.

However, if your case is that £34,077 was paid to Binance, does it actually matter if this was in 153 or 157 individual transactions?

Let me finish, I’m uploading as they are changing stuff. Picture I sent ombudsman for a start says there was a total of 157 transactions sent to Binance, when I just checked it now says 153. Course it matters, why would it change?

You're missing the point I'm making, which is to focus on what's important and relevant to a claim/complaint - if (instead of secured statements) you have two subsequent separate screenshots taken from the bank, both showing the same total value but with different numbers of transactions, the latter is way less significant than the former so don't sweat the small stuff....

Look at these figures… they don’t add up… obviously Binance falls under investments, they was/are changing my figures

Is it possible that the other 106 transactions (£25,700 approx) were made more than a year ago and have simply fallen off in the latest shot (i.e. the shown transaction totals only relate to the last calendar year and not the specific year shown in the diagram)?

I have no idea how the Revolut app works, but it might just be your interpretation of the data.

I can't comment on the issue or next steps but is this a current matter?  The screenshots seem to show 2022 and 2023.

Has the OP secured all their accounts with new, unique and complex passwords?

When did the emails disappear?  I have some emails that only sync for the last xxx weeks to local device and older messages remain on the host server.
