General Terms and Conditions

When you enter any competition promoted by My Kind Ltd (Trading as My Kind of Cruise), you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Filling out an entry in any available format(s) will be deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter is My Kind Limited and its affiliated companies ("Promoter", "we", "us", "our").

Participation in the Competition

• The Competition is open only to residents of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or older.
• Employees and agents of My Kind Ltd and associated companies are not eligible to enter.
• Participants must comply with local laws and regulations applicable to their jurisdiction.

Entry Requirements

Entrants must submit their entry using an official method as specified on the competition page or promotional materials. Each person may enter once per competition period unless otherwise stated.

Prizes

One winner will be selected at random to receive the prize specified in the promotional materials. My Kind Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize if necessary, with no cash alternative available.

Winner Notification

The Promoter will notify the winner within 7 days of the end of the promotion. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 working days of notification.

Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from entry into the competition or acceptance of the prize, except as required by law.

General Provisions

The Promoter’s decision regarding the competition is final. The terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
