PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The PoolBar London Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on March 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM (Los Angeles Time) and ends on May 5, 2025, at 9:00 AM (Los Angeles Time) (the "Promotion Period").

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is PoolBar London ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should direct any questions, comments, or problems related to the Sweepstakes to the Sponsor via email at info@poolbarlondon.com during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (the "Entrant"). Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, and promotional partners (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to enter or win.

Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also ineligible.

"Household Members" are those who share the same residence for at least three months a year.

"Immediate Family Members" include parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER

Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by completing the online entry form available at:

Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified.

Entries must be submitted by the Entrant using a valid email address.

Any attempt to obtain additional entries using multiple email addresses, accounts, or other methods may result in disqualification.

The Sponsor’s database clock will serve as the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

PRIZE DETAILS

Grand Prize: A 7-night all-inclusive stay for two (2) adults at Warwick Paradise Island – Bahamas (adults-only resort), including:

• Check-in: September 1, 2025

• Check-out: September 8, 2025

• 1 Room (double occupancy)

• All meals, drinks, and resort amenities included

• $1,000 USD spending money

• Round-trip economy flights for two (2) adults, including checked luggage

• Flights and accommodation are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Important Prize Conditions:

• The winner and their guest must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity beyond the return date.

• Winner and guest must be available to travel on the specific dates (September 1–8, 2025) as flights and hotel reservations cannot be changed or rescheduled.

• The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor.

• The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet Bahamas entry and visa requirements, including any COVID-19 or health-related policies.

• The Sponsor is not responsible for additional travel expenses, such as transportation to and from the airport, travel insurance, or personal expenses beyond the allocated $1,000 USD spending money.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

• Winner selection will take place within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.

• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing.

• The potential winner must respond via email within 7 days to claim the prize.

If the winner fails to respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a release of liability, and a publicity release before receiving the prize. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

PRIVACY POLICY

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless PoolBar London and its affiliates, agents, employees, and partners from:

1. Injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

2. Technical failures including, but not limited to, computer malfunctions, Internet issues, or data corruption.

3. Unauthorized intervention in the entry process or administration of the Sweepstakes.

4. Errors in winner selection, notification, or prize distribution.

5. Cancellations, delays, or travel disruptions beyond the Sponsor’s control including airline cancellations, force majeure events, or global crises.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants PoolBar London the right to use their name, likeness, photos, videos, and statements for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

FRAUD PREVENTION

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

• Attempts to tamper with the entry process

• Violates these terms

• Engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct

If fraud or technical issues compromise the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its discretion.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States.

• Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class action.

• Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Any legal action shall be conducted in the UK or USA courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
