Hi, looking for some advice regarding a CCJ I got in April 2019. This was paid within the first 30 days, however after looking to borrow some funds I noticed it’s been on my credit file for nearly 6 years with the status saying it’s Unsatisfied. My understanding was if it was paid within 30 days it wouldn’t go on your credit file. Issue seems to have been the company never notified their solicitors the debt was satisfied. I have contacted them and have got a satisfaction certificate. Will this now be removed from my credit file?
