I’m afraid your replies are rather confusing as you said way back at he beginning that you hadn’t paid tax on the pension you want the P60 from.MouldyOldDough said:
Yes and I pay tax on this slightly larger pension as welljem16 said:
You mentioned that you had another pension that paid £40pa and you received a P60 for it. You were then asked if you paid any tax on that £40pa pension. If you do then that is why you receive a P60 for it.MouldyOldDough said:Yjem16 said:
You pay tax of £40pa on a pension paying £40pa??MouldyOldDough said:GSilvertabby said:
But do you pay tax on that pension?MouldyOldDough said:Silvertabby said:
Then that's why you didn't receive a P60 - there was no need for it. ie, no tax and no NI.MouldyOldDough said:Silvertabby said:Do you pay tax from this pension?
I do pay tax - but not this year from that pensionsurely everyone who earns any income should receive P60's ?anyway - also I am unable to do other things via their website such as change address, bank accounts, or view historic statements etcone of my other ex employers pays me £40 pa pension- and I receive P60's on that amountYes - I do pay tax (around £40 pa) on this pension and still have not been sent a P60 !I do not have access to any on-line (change address/bank details etc) - due to this pension company taking over many other small pension companiesBut I have just discovered that PIC is part of Capita !!No - I never said that I earn £40 on THIS pension - in fact I earn approx £1050What I was saying was that I earn £40 on ANOTHER pension and receive P60s on THAT pension !
With regards to the other pension where you haven’t received a P60. It’s because you haven’t paid any tax on it.
Basically if no tax has been paid then there is no requirement for a P60. If tax has been paid on a particular income (not just in total over all incomes) then a P60 is meant to be sent by end of May and we’re not there yet.
I didn't pay tax, on this income, when I started this thread - but in the last few months, they have been taking a few £'s in tax from me

Was tax deducted in the year to 5 April 2025 of only after 5 April 2025?MouldyOldDough said:jem16 said:

Assuming you mean tax was deducted prior to 6 April 2025 and after 5 April 2024 then there is no reason to think you won't get a P60 in due course.MouldyOldDough said:Dazed_and_C0nfused said:
