Land registry title deeds help please

I’m confused and don’t know how to get a copy of deeds.
i have a copy of a TP1 with a registered title number and a official copy of register of title with the same registered number with edition date 11/05/2020. We purchased in June 2021 from council.

Conveyance letter says deeds to be transferred to lender but lender does not have.
I’m being stupid…is my copy of register of title not the deeds ?
House insurance solicitor said I need to apply for OC2 and OC1 is this correct ?
I’m trying to find out if my property has deeds detailing an unidentified mystery sewer or highways drain.
It’s an old end terrace built 1935.
neighbour on the other end terrace is ex council on its second mortgaged owner. 2 houses in middle of us are council tenants.

The street the sewer starts from is 1950’s or 1960’s some mortgaged some council. I can see on land registry website I’m allowed to purchase some title plans to try to investigate if any sewers are detailed.
But more worried about if I’m missing deeds paperwork which I should be applying and paying for ?

yes solicitor done all standard conveyance searches. CON29DW which shows our live sewer on front garden for our front kitchen and bathroom. Water authority don’t have any records for the unidentified mystery drainage. Council highways no records. Seems crazy considering it’s a big diameter pipe which is very long passing through lots of back gardens into other streets back gardens. It’s not a tiny pipe sewer.I’m worrying and wanting to find info just incase it needs writing into an easement or evidence of easement somewhere for when we can sell. Don’t want to pass on problems to someone else to solve.I will print out the OC1 and OC2 forms.The paperwork I have mentions drainage easement but no specific details about highways drain rights. No words to suggest the dominant or serviant. Gobble gook which I don’t understand.Thank you for helping taking time to reply.
am I worrying for nothing thinking I need to get this drainage updating onto the property information with land registry?
don’t even know if I’m the responsible one to have to do this ?Water authority has had a year and half to look into mapping it and take ownership but I’m not getting any straight answers off them.
