    9/10 please for tonight, Thursday. This was a struggle tonight especially with wine in the house. So silly, I have had a good day but think maybe I felt having a glass of wine would continue the good day. Equally when I’ve had an awful day I seem to think a glass of wine will help. Totally illogical. Hoping things will get easier.
