Will finish month on 22/20 as I am declaring until Friday which is last day. I know it seems odd declaring for the end so early but sent blood tests over for a private review and the action plan was to cut out sugar and that it seems means cutting out alcohol so I'm going to give this a two week trial and then assess. So Monday was first day - and - clicking over to Friday will mean 22/20
Sticking with 20 for November as I'm aware that this might be a struggle as have been using alcohol to dampen down feelings of fatigue, stress and overwhelm under the guise of a nice evening chilling out. I need to be honest and admit it is not really that (probably twice a month it has been that, when I've deliberately taken a drink outside with my partner and enjoyed an evening).Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
