I'm happy to be wrong in this instance!
Which means I'm on 19/25 today.
I'm off for an MRI scan shortly, which has got me fretting. I have cut out snacking which has resulted in a drop of 3lbs.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?5 -

13/24 today please Cathybird. Thanks, you're right this is still a massive improvement on the couldn't-go-a-day-without-a-bottle-of-wine self before I found this! I do find that posting on here motivates me to keep going back to AF days where, in the past, I would have just thought that the month was a write-off and carried on drinking. Thanks Cathybird for all your hard work running this thread.5

And I knocked 2 minutes off my parkrun time this morning!
The MRI scan wasn't too bad, certainly not as noisy as I remember. I don't know when I'll get the results.What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?4 -

I am up to 23/31 please cathybird, no plans to drink anything over the BH weekend and then really we are knocking on the door of September.

I am in France at the moment, and there is a lot of temptation to drink socially, so I now need to totally avoid it for the rest of the month if I am to meet my target!1
