Morning, 28 days for me please. Almost three whole months AF 😁

i think for August I’m going to go with 28 please. I have a couple of events coming up that, at the moment, I’m not intending to drink at but want to keep it flexible in case I change my mind. I want to prove to myself I’m in control and can stop after one. This is my problem area with alcohol. I used to get so caught up enjoying myself that I’d ignore the number of wines or gins I’d downed and end up a mess. My head’s in a different place now so we’ll see how it goes!
