each day it has said I have answered correctly and thanked for the entry but it's not asking for any personal details?

If you click the little arrow, there's three boxes which I imagine are getting autofilled with your details? I've painted over mine but they were there.
If you try submitting the form without the boxes filled, it won't submit, and the boxes then go to the top of the page, which makes it a bit clearer that they're not just there for the newsletter tickbox:

You are right. I went back to the page a scoured for the boxes which were partially covered, probably due to my bowser. But the were pre-filled1
