Hi I used Laybuy to purchase a pair of nike trainers, had to send them back as faulty, nike have refunded the money into my Laybuy account which obviously isn’t active anymore. They need proof of bank closure ti escalate it, any ideas how to get this? I’ve contacted through Laybuy email but obv not in use anymore and nike customer service are useless, not one of them even knowing who Laybuy. Anywhos any help would be greatly appreciated0

If you used Laybuy to purchase then the refund went back to Laybuy then from Nike’s perspective they’ve done their end and no longer owe you money.
