Meat and stuffing went in the freezer last night, I made stuffed turkey legs and have sliced those for me and frozen them as DP won't eat leg meat. Some turkey and a little stuffing still left in the fridge for me tonight aswell as some veg (I ate the sprouts this morning, I love sprouts :o) as DP is out with his Dad & friends getting drunk so just me and the kids for dinner.
One day I might be more organised...........

5)Leftover Christmas pud and mincemeat and apple crumble. We will struggle to eat these I'm afraid. The kids (freakish little so and sos that they are prefer fruit) and OH isn't a pudding person. I think I will freeze the crumble in individual portions. I'm not sure about the pud though. I've a feeling it might get binned :o

There's another thread about using left over pud on this site (called 'Christmas pudding ice cream?' I think) from which I got this link:
    http://www.familiesonline.co.uk/article/articleview/417/1/82

a few different ideas for using up the pud.
