Mine did that saying it wasn't safe, but I put https:// in front of the url and it opened up fine and gave a padlock

It already has https:// in front of the URL. Does the web address you connected with look any different to the one in the OP?

Others on Tesco Facebook were reporting the same problem.

Edit:- I have finally got it to work by turning on my VPN. If people don't have a VPN, there are several free ones you can download.

It says "Enter your details below, then click upload to attach a photo of your in-store receipt or your delivery receipt email." & "Please upload your in-store receipt, your Tesco.com, Click & Collect or Whoosh delivery receipt email. Please show the purchase date, purchase total and Clubcard points." right on the entry form.
