Hi everyone.
Many People's Partnership, (formerly People's Pension, formerly B,C&E), clients have been unable to log into their online accounts for several weeks due to the company trying to upgrade the security on the website and causing log in issues.
I wonder if any other forumite is having problems with them?

As of a couple of weeks ago I couldn't get access to my existing account. I tried recreating it but got a message that another account already existed under that address, so I setup a new account with a different email address and then changed the email address to my original one and that worked OK. I have full access again now.

Yes I realise it's system wide, but I an unable to ask anywhere else. I am pleased that someone has been able to sort it by setting up a new account with a different email address. It seems it is not affecting every member of PP. Mainly those who have been registered with them for longer.Marcon said:

customer services pretty useless I'm afraid, had to work it out a solution for myself0
