People's Partnership tech issues

Hi everyone.

Many People's Partnership, (formerly People's Pension, formerly B,C&E), clients have been unable to log into their online accounts for several weeks due to the company trying to upgrade the security on the website and causing log in issues.

I wonder if any other forumite is having problems with them?

Anyone who is trying to log in is going to have the same problem.

The issue doesn't just affect MSE forum users.  It is system wide.

As of a couple of weeks ago I couldn't get access to my existing account. I tried recreating it but got a message that another account already existed under that address, so I setup a new account with a different email address and then changed the email address to my original one and that worked OK. I have full access again now.

Yes I realise it's system wide, but I an unable to ask anywhere else. I am pleased that someone has been able to sort it by setting up a new account with a different email address. That is something I can try.

It seems it is not affecting every member of PP. Mainly those who have been registered with them for longer.

customer services pretty useless I'm afraid, had to work it out a solution for myself
