MSE News: Leeds becomes first mortgage lender to use Netflix payments to 'boost' home loan chances

Homebuyers can now use regular Netflix, Spotify and council tax payments to increase their chances of getting accepted for a Leeds Building Society mortgage. The lender has become the first in the UK to start using payment data recorded on Experian Boost when considering home loan applications.

    The more direct debits you set up and pay off Every month the better your score.
    What a good idea except they all count in Affordable

    And the rates....
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
