- A few days of sick pay
- Paid annual leave
- Free coffee, tea, hot choc
- Small discount on some meals in canteen
- Hep B jab
- Salary increases annually (only slightly)
- Refreshments for working Christmas Day
There are others listed in the staff handouts but they're not really benefits to me.
We have to pay for our own Christmas do. Card from the manager? Are you having a laugh?0 -

If he asks I will tell him, but I'm not really in such a position yet. Although I've been with the company a year, and have worked for him before I've only been back a week. Oh, and he's given me two other full time departmental jobs to go with the one I've already got - I've no idea how I'm going to tackle it all!
I think ours is around 80% :rotfl:No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Skint_Catt - sounds like you work at the same place I do!
Not even a Christmas card from the boss. And it's not like we're even in a huge office with dozens of employees - there's less than half a dozen of us!
At my OH's place, not even a verbal 'Merry Christmas'. Bosses just walk out on the last day like it was any other day. Not even a 'good-bye, see you in the New Year'. I think they feel acknowledging the holiday season would let them in for a whole lot of complaints about their treatment of employees, then and during the rest of the year.0
